Choc-honey balls

These chocolate bliss balls are made with honey and dried apricots for a naturally sweet treat

  • ½ cup (35g) All-Bran
  • ¼ cup (25g) roasted walnuts
  • ⅓ cup (55g) finely chopped dried apricots
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 2 teaspoons dutch cocoa powder

    Process All-Bran and walnuts until finely ground. Combine with dried apricots, honey, the water and cocoa in a bowl. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls, place on a tray; refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
