These quick chicken skewers will have everyone coming back for more with a smooth satay sauce. Serve with a fresh salad and you have a healthy meal even the kids can't resist.
1.Preheat an oiled barbecue or char-grill to moderate. In a medium bowl, combine garlic, turmeric, 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce and oil. Add chicken; stir to coat. Thread chicken onto 12 skewers.
2.Cook skewers 3-4 minutes each side or until browned and cooked.
3.Meanwhile, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, sweet chilli sauce and remaining soy sauce in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until mixture comes to the boil. Remove from heat.
4.Serve skewers with satay sauce.
