Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease a deep, 25cm pie plate.
2.In a large jug, whisk together milk, eggs and butter; season to taste.
3.Sift flour into a large bowl. Make a well in centre; gradually whisk in milk mixture.
4.Mix in half the cheese, chicken, corn, parsley and chives; season to taste. Spoon mixture into prepared plate; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
5.Bake 45-50 minutes, until firm. Serve in wedges topped with baby rocket. Accompany with salad.
