1.Trim brioche buns to fit into sausage roll maker holes. Split buns horizontally, without cutting all the way through. Spread each bun base with 2 teaspoons mustard. Fold beef slices into quarters; place 2 quarters on the base of each bun. Top each with 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, 2 cheese halves and 3 pickles. Sandwich with bun lids.
2.Spray a 4-hole (2-tablespoon) sausage roll maker with oil.
3.Place cheeseburger rolls in holes; spray with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Turn machine on. Close lid without locking; cook for 5 minutes or until buns are toasted and cheese has melted.
4.Serve cheeseburger rolls with extra mustard, tomato sauce, pickles and potato crisps.
