- 800 gram la soda potato, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1 kilogram celeriac, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup hot pouring cream
- 60 gram softened butter
Method

- 1Boil, steam or microwave potato and celeriac, separately, until tender; drain.
- 2In a large bowl, mash potato and celeriac; stir in hot pouring cream and softened butter.
