Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan forced). Peel pineapple. Slice thinly. Heat oiled large frying pan over high heat. Cook pineapple, both sides, until caramelised. Remove from pan.
2.Place pineapple on tomato sauce-topped pizza bases. Top with leg ham and cheese. Bake, about 15 minutes or until base is browned and crisp. Cut into wedges to serve.
