Method
1.Rub seasoning all over chicken. Cook chicken on a heated oiled barbecue grill plate, for 5 minutes, each side or until cooked through.
2.Blend or process juice and egg yolks until combined. With motor operating, gradually add hot butter in a thin, steady stream; process until hollandaise is smooth and thick, season to taste.
3.Serve chicken with lime hollandaise and rocket
