Barbecued chicken with garlic and caper butter
  • 60 gram butter
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed, drained
  • 2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 500 gram chicken tenderloins

Method

Barbecued chicken with garlic and caper butter

    Melt butter in small saucepan; add garlic, capers and oregano.

    Cook chicken tenderloins on heated oiled barbecue (or grill plate) until browned on one side. Turn tenderloins; spoon over half the butter mixture.

    Cook until chicken is just cooked through. Serve with remaining butter mixture.
