1.Place popping corn in an oven bag or paper bag; secure loosely with kitchen string. Microwave bag on MEDIUM-HIGH (75%) about 4 minutes or until corn has popped. Carefully remove bag from microwave with tongs; stand 2 minutes before opening.
2.Meanwhile, dry-fry coriander, cumin and cinnamon in a heated small frying pan until fragrant.
3.Break pappadums into pieces into a medium bowl; add popcorn and spices, toss gently to combine.
