saffron and brandy squid



1.Combine squid and garlic in medium bowl.
2.Place saffron in small dish; stir in the water.
3.Heat oil in large frying pan; cook squid until browned lightly, remove from pan.
4.Add brandy to pan; cook about 30 seconds or until brandy has almost evaporated.
5.Add spinach and saffron to pan; cook, stirring, until spinach is wilted. Return squid to pan; mix gently. Serve immediately.
