Method

1.In a small, heatproof bowl, place coconut and pour water over. Cover; stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
2.Blend or process coconut mixture, coriander, garlic, onion, garam masala and juices until well combined. Return mixture to bowl; stir in chilli.

This goes well with fish, prawns, pork and chicken.
