1.Cut a 7cm (2½ inch) circle from the centre of each slice of bread. Discard centre pieces.
2.Melt butter in large frying pan; cook bread until browned lightly on one side. Turn bread; crack one egg into the centre of each piece of bread.
3.Cook, over low heat, until egg white just sets. Using spatula, gently lift toast onto serving plates. Serve with tomato chutney.
