Delicious deep-fried zucchini balls served with a refreshing yoghurt dip.

1.Place zucchini in strainer; sprinkle with salt. Stand 10 minutes; squeeze excess moisture from zucchini.
2.Combine zucchini, onion, cheese, flour, egg, mint and milk in large bowl; season.
3.Heat oil in medium saucepan or wok. Deep-fry tablespoons of mixture, in batches, until browned. Drain on absorbent paper.
