Method
1.Remove core from apples, cut into 16 wedges.
2.Melt butter in medium frying pan, cook apple, uncovered, until browned lightly both sides.
3.Add sugar and velouté to pan. Stir in mustard. Cook, stirring, until sauce is heated through.
Goes well with baked ham, roast game; baked brie or camembert.
