Method

1.Finely slice chillies.
2.Heat oil and butter in large frying pan over high heat; cook prawns with chilli, garlic and juice, stirring, about 3 minutes or until prawns just change colour. Season.
3.Sprinkle prawns with coriander; accompany with lemon wedges. Serve with jasmine rice, if you like.
