1.In a large bowl, combine sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, seeds and oil with chicken. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced).
3.Place chicken in a single layer on an oiled wire rack over a large shallow baking dish. Brush remaining marinade over chicken. Roast about 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
4.Serve chicken wings sprinkled with onion.
