American mustard dressing

Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave beans and peas, separately, until just tender; drain. Rinse beans and peas under cold water; drain.
2.Place beans and peas in medium bowl with herbs, rocket and currants; toss gently to combine.
3.To make american mustard dressing; place ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well. Drizzle over salad.
