Chia bircher muesli

Start the day off the right way.

If it’s too late to make this one for breakfast today then if you get prepping tonight then tomorrow morning you can be digging in to a delicious chia bircher. Add chia seeds to traditional bircher for added nutrition. Soak overnight and wake to a delicious and nutritious fresh fruit and seeds bircher muesli.

1.Combine half the apple, the yoghurt, milk, oats, seeds, extract and half the cinnamon in a bowl. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
2.Serve topped with remaining apple and sprinkled with remaining cinnamon.

Combine bircher muesli in a jar with a tight-fitting lid for easy

transportation to work. Cut apple as needed to prevent it from discolouring.
