1.Peel and coarsely grate ½ small fresh apple; using a sharp knife, chop the grated apple until finely chopped. Finely chop 1 tablespoon sultanas. Combine the apple and sultanas with ⅓ cup yoghurt and a tiny pinch ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle with a little extra ground cinnamon, if you like. Give your child as much yoghurt as desired.
