Method

1.Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat, add garlic and chilli and cook until fragrant. Add tomatoes and banana chillies and cook for 5 minutes or until tomatoes have started to soften and break down. Add beans and olives and cook for a further 3 minutes until beans are just tender. Season with salt and pepper.
2.Meanwhile, add spaghetti to a large pot of salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked al dente. Drain pasta retaining a small amount of the cooking liquid and add to the tomato mixture. Stir well to combine.
3.Divide between 4 serving bowls and top with crumbled ricotta and torn basil leaves.
