Tomato, chilli and cream pasta sauce

A versatile and delicious creamy pasta sauce that makes a perfect easy mid-week dinner. You can use any pasta you like for this recipe, we chose penne because so much delicious sauce sticks to every piece.

1 Cup



1.Melt butter in medium frying pan; cook onion, stirring, until soft. Add tomato, chilli and garlic; cook, stirring, 3 minutes.
2.Add pepper and cream; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until sauce reduces by half.
3.Add cheese; stir over low heat about 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
