Thai fish burgers with sour and sweet green salad

We used blue-eye fillets here, but any firm white fish fillets will go beautifully with this crisp Asian inspired salad.

Ingredients

Method

1.In a food processor, blend or process fillets, sauces, garlic and chilli for about 1 minute, or until smooth.
2.In a large bowl, combine fish mixture with beans, coconut and coriander; using your hands, shape mixture into four patties.
3.On a heated oiled flat plate, cook patties, covered, for about 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
4.Meanwhile, to make sour and sweet green salad: Place ingredients in a medium bowl; toss gently to combine.
5.Toast bread, cut-side up. Divide among serving plates; top with salad, patties and sauce. Serve.

You will need a very small iceberg lettuce for this recipe.
