1.Cook lamb in a heated oiled pan; stirring for 5 minutes or until browned. Add seasoning mix, tomatoes, beans and the water to pan; boil then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until mixture thickens; season to taste.
2.Combine onion, tomatoes, garlic, chilli and coriander in a small bowl.
3.Divide lamb mixture between tortillas; top with rocket, tomato mixture and cheese. Season to taste. Fold tortilla to enclose filling.
