Method

1.Finely chop anchovy fillets. Using side of heavy knife, press down firmly on anchovy to crush.
2.Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large saucepan; cook anchovy and chilli, stirring, 2 minutes. Add sauce; bring to a boil. Stir in olives, capers and remaining oil, reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until heated through.
