Prawn, scallop and lime stir-fry

In just under 15 minutes this delicious and healthy stir fry can be on the table. Serve with hot, steamed rice, if you like.

Method

1.Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.
2.Heat oil in wok; stir-fry garlic, ginger and chilli until fragrant. Add broccolini and asparagus; stir-fry until just tender.
3.Add prawns and scallops to wok; stir-fry until just cooked through. Add remaining ingredients; stir-fry until hot.

You could use gai lan or broccoli if broccolini is not available.
