Ingredients: 2 tablespoon kecap manis; 2 clove garlic, crushed; 1 tablespoon lime juice; 2 teaspoon sambal oelek; 4 200g ocean trout cutlets; 1 tablespoon peanut oil; 350 gram green beans, trimmed; 4 green onions, thinly sliced

Method

1.Combine kecap manis, garlic, juice and sambal in medium bowl. Add fish and turn to coat in marinade.

2.Heat half the oil in large frying pan. Cook fish until cooked through. Remove fish from pan and cover to keep warm.

3.Heat remaining oil in same pan; stir-fry beans and onion until tender. Serve with fish.
