Tasty, simple and spicy little lamb kofta that are great for summer lunches, cocktail parties or as spicy snacks.

Method

1.Combine lamb and sausage mince in large bowl with onion, egg, coriander, spices, paste and breadcrumbs. Shape level tablespoons of mixture into ovals, place on tray, cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
2.Make the hummus dip. Blend or process ingredients until smooth.
3.Heat oil in large saucepan; deep-fry kofta, in batches, until browned and cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with hummus dip.
