1.Preheat grill (broiler).
2.Place fish, skin-side down, on oiled oven tray, grill about 4 minutes or until heated through. Cool 10 minutes. Discard skin and bones from fish, flake fish into small pieces.
3.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender, drain.
4.Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan, add flour, cook, stirring, 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in parsley, capers, cheese and mustard.
5.Combine caper sauce with fish and pasta in large bowl.
