Stir-fry is always a dependable quick and healthy mid-week dinner, five spice and chilli lift this spicy chilli out of the ranks of the ordinary.

1.Combine lamb and five-spice in medium bowl.
2.Heat lightly oiled wok, stir-fry lamb, in batches, until browned. Remove from wok.
3.Add garlic and onion to wok, stir-fry about 5 minutes or until onion softens. Add ¼ cup of the water, broccolini, peas and mushrooms, stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
4.Return lamb to wok with the remaining water and sauces, stir-fry until hot. Season to taste. Serve stir-fry sprinkled with chilli.
