For such an incredibly simple dish, this chilli and garlic spaghettini is just loaded with flavour, and crunch thanks to the toasted breadcrumbs. A great pick-me-up dish when you're short on time.
1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat half of the oil in large frying pan with butter; cook garlic, chilli and breadcrumbs, stirring, until breadcrumbs are browned lightly.
3.Combine pasta and breadcrumb mixture in large bowl with parsley, rind and remaining oil.
