Barbecued spiced prawns

Enliven a summer feast by blending fresh seafood with smoked paprika, garlic and cayenne pepper until ready to throw on the barbecue.

Method

1.Peel and devein prawns, leaving tails intact
2.Combine the garlic, paprika, pepper, oil and prawns in a large bowl; stir until well combined. Season well with sea salt. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3.Meanwhile, heat the barbecue to medium-high.
4.Barbecue the prawns for about 1 minute each side or until just cooked through.
5.Serve prawns with lime wedges.

Not suitable to freeze or microwave.
