Method
1.Combine apples and water in a medium saucepan; bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly.
2.Blend or process apple mixture until smooth. Give your child as much fruit purée as desired.
Store, covered, in the fridge for up to 1 day. Puree is suitable to freeze in 1-tablespoon portions in ice-cube trays, covered, for up to 1 month. Suitable for children from six months of age.
