Coco pop chocolate mousse cups

Take a classic chocolate crackle and fill it instead with sweet, oozy mousse for decadent dessert that's sure to delight. But be warned, this one is for true chocolate-lovers only!

1.Lightly grease and line a 12-hole muffin pan with two strips baking paper (to form a cross shape).
2.In a medium saucepan, stir milk chocolate with butter and golden syrup on medium, until melted. Mix cocoa pops through. Press mixture into base and sides of each recess. Chill for 20 minutes.
3.In a small saucepan, stir dark chocolate and condensed milk on medium until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
4.Meanwhile, in a small bowl of an electric mixer, beat cream and vanilla essence together until soft peaks form. Fold chocolate into cream. Divide between cups. Chill for 4 hours or until set.

Shell mixture is easier to handle when allowed to cool for 10 minutes.
