1.Cut 12cm-long slit in 4 unpeeled bananas, place bananas on pieces of foil.
2.Chop 150g dark eating chocolate coarsely, divide among slits. Drizzle 2 tablespoons rum into slits, wrap bananas in foil.
3.Cook on heated grill plate about 30 minutes or until skins blacken.
4.Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
