Method

1.To make hot chocolate sauce, combine chocolate and cream in small saucepan; stir over low heat until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth, do not overheat.
2.Place a little of the hot chocolate sauce in the bottom of six ¾-cup (180ml) serving glasses; top with ice-cream, more chocolate sauce, nuts, wafer biscuits and marshmallows.

Make quick banana splits by cutting half a banana into wheels over the top of each sundae.
