Chocolate marzipan almonds

These delicious chocolate marzipan almonds make a lovely gift at either Easter or Christmas.

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced).
2.Roast nuts in single layer on oven tray about 5 minutes or until golden brown, cool.
3.Mould level teaspoons of paste around each nut. Place on wire rack, stand, uncovered, overnight, until dry to touch.
4.Using dipping forks, dip each nut into chocolate. Place nuts on foil-lined tray, set at room temperature.
