Method

1.Sift flour into a large bowl, stir in sugar. Whisk in combined buttermilk, egg, syrup and butter until batter is smooth. Stir in banana.
2.Heat a large oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of the batter into pan, allowing room for spreading. Cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface of the pancakes. Turn pancakes; cook for 2 minutes or until browned. Remove from pan, cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter to make a total of 8 pancakes.
3.Meanwhile, heat cream in a small saucepan, add Snickers; stir over low heat until melted.
4.Serve banana pancakes topped with ice-cream and choc-peanut sauce.
