Christmas must be on its way! White chocolate, marshmallows, nuts and fruit all mixed together to make a white Christmas version of rocky road.

Ingredients
375 gram white chocolate melts
150 gram white marshmallows
80 gram pink turkish delight
2/3 cup (100g) dried cranberries
1/3 cup (50g) shelled pistachios, toasted
1/3 cup (50g) macadamias, toasted, chopped
Method
1.
Grease and line base and sides of a 4cm-deep, 29cm x 19cm slice pan. Ensure baking paper extends 2cm above rim of long sides of pan.

Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 100% for 1-2 mins, stirring with a metal spoon every 1 min, until smooth.
3.
Using scissors, cut marshmallows and turkish delight into small pieces. Place in a bowl with cranberries, pistachios and macadamia.
4.
Pour melted chocolate over marshmallow mixture and stir to coat. Spoon into prepared pan. Chill for 30 mins, until set.
5.
Turn out onto a chopping board and remove baking paper. Cut into 24 pieces.
