1.Grease 8cm x 26cm bar cake pan; line with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over long sides.
2.Combine nuts, fruits and ginger in medium bowl. Working quickly, stir in chocolate; spread mixture into pan, push down firmly to flatten.
3.Refrigerate slice until set. Turn bar onto board, cut into slices.
