Sure, you can buy a loaf that looks pretty much like this from your local bakery or supermarket. However, the chances are it will contain far more than the seven natural ingredients in our recipe, and won’t have anywhere near the delicious yeasty taste or light texture.

If you are new to bread making this is a great introductory one to try. It’s perfect for breakfast toast or to use fresh for sandwiches.
