1.Grease 19cm x 29cm slice pan; line base with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over long sides.
2.To make filling; beat butter and extract in small bowl with electric mixer until as white as possible; gradually beat in sifted icing sugar and custard powder, then milk.
3.Meanwhile; melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat; remove from heat, stir in egg. Stir in biscuit crumbs, coconut and nuts. Press mixture firmly over base of pan. Spread evenly with filling.
4.Refrigerate slice until firm.
5.To make topping; melt chocolate and butter in small heatproof bowl over hot water.
6.Drizzle slice with topping; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight until set. Cut into pieces before serving.
