1.Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Oil 14cm x 21cm loaf pan. Line an oven tray with foil.
2.Combine beef, onion, garlic, bacon, eggs, breadcrumbs, ½ cup of the barbecue sauce, the paste, mustard and parsley in a medium bowl; season. Press mixture into pan. Turn pan upside down onto the oven tray.
3.Bake meatloaf 15 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, make glaze by combining sugar with the remaining barbecue sauce in a small bowl.
5.Remove meatloaf from oven; remove pan. Brush loaf well with glaze; bake, uncovered, a further 45 minutes or until well browned and cooked through. Stand 40 minutes; cut into 12 slices.
6.Split rolls; spread cut sides with butter. Sandwich rocket, two slices of meatloaf and relish between rolls.
