Curry puffs

Kids will love these mildly spiced beef and potato pastry puffs. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and chutney.

1.Heat oiled large frying pan over high heat. Add beef; cook, stirring, until browned. Add curry powder; cook, stirring, until fragrant. Add potato and water; bring to the boil. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until water evaporates and potato is tender. Cool.
2.Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F. Cut 8.5cm (3½-inch) rounds from 6 sheets puff pastry. Place level tablespoons of filling on one side of each pastry round. Fold pastry over to enclose filling. Place on baking paper-lined oven trays.
3.Bake about 25 minutes or until browned. Serve with yoghurt or chutney.
