1.In a large frying pan, heat oil on high. Cook mince and garlic, stirring until mince is browned.
2.Add chilli powder, cumin, kidney beans, tomato paste, water and chopped tomato; simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until thickened.
3.Heat 4 taco shells according to packet instructions. Seed and finely chop ½ lebanese cucumber and remaining tomato. In a small bowl, combine with red onion and chilli sauce.
4.Divide mince mixture, lettuce and cucumber mixture between taco shells.
