Ingredients

Method

1.

Preheat a 7-litre air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.

2.

Cut any large carrots in half lengthways. Place carrots in a large bowl with butter, oil, maple syrup and garlic, then season; toss to combine.

3.

Taking care, place carrots in the air fryer basket, reserving any leftover butter mixture in the bowl; at 200°C, cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.

4.

Scatter hazelnuts over carrots; at 200°C, cook for a further 5 minutes or until carrots are golden and tender.

5.

To serve, drizzle carrots and hazelnuts with reserved butter mixture.
