How much ham do I need? 

In general a 5kg ham will serve 12 people, 7kg ham, 16 people, and a 9kg ham will serve 24 people.

Glazed ham tip

When you buy a ham the meat is already cooked – the purpose of glazing is to add you own flavour notes and to caramelise the fat. If your ham is larger or smaller than what we’ve specified in our recipes, reduce or increase the cooking time until you are happy with the level of caramelisation.
