How does the membership work?
My Women’s Weekly Membership is a digital membership experience available through Women’s Weekly Food.
Once you become a member and log in, you’ll unlock access to your dedicated membership hub, where you can enjoy exclusive recipes, meal plans, videos, events, offers and other member-only benefits.
You’ll also receive curated member emails delivered directly to your inbox, keeping you updated with personalised content, new recipes, upcoming events and exclusive offers.
What makes this different from a standard subscription?
A standard The Australian Women’s Weekly subscription provides access to either print or digital magazine editions for a set subscription term. Print subscriptions are delivered to your door, while digital editions are accessed via the app.
My Women’s Weekly Membership is a separate digital membership product designed specifically for food lovers looking for more personalised, interactive and value-driven experiences online.
From just $4.99 per month, membership includes curated weekly meal plans, access to member-only recipes, exclusive video content, member events, special offers and behind-the-scenes access to some of Australia’s most trusted food experts.

Our free food e-newsletter gives you access to selected recipes, articles and inspiration delivered to your inbox.

Account Management
Trouble logging in?
You can easily troubleshoot this yourself:
- In your internet settings, you must accept/allow third-party cookies. This will appear as a check box in the settings.
- Ensure that pop-ups are not blocked – this should also be in your settings.
- Clear your cache/history – this is also in your settings.
If you still cannot log in after confirming your internet settings, please email us at membership@aremedia.com.au. We may need to re-verify your account. When you email us, please:
- Confirm that you have cleared your cookies.
- Share any screenshots or screen recordings.
- Share your account details – your username and email address.
How do I log into my account and update my details?
Updating your profile information is quick and easy! Here’s how:
- Head to the Women’s Weekly Food website and make sure you’re logged in.
- In the top right-hand corner, click the dropdown menu next to your name.
- Select My Account from the dropdown.
- Under Profile Details, click on the field you’d like to update and enter your new information.
- Be sure to click Save after editing each field to make sure your changes are applied.
My existing password isn’t working. What should I do?
- In the top right-hand of the screen, click the arrow and select Login from the dropdown.

- On the login form, click Trouble signing in?.
- Enter the email address associated with your account, and press Restore.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the instructions provided.
Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

I didn’t receive a forgot password email. What should I do?
- Ensure you’ve used your current email address.
- Check your spam folder.

How do I update my email address?
Updating your email is quick and easy! Here’s how:
- Head to the Women’s Weekly Food website and log in.
- Navigate to your account by clicking your name in the top right corner of the homepage, or go directly to womensweeklyfood.com.au/my-account/
- Under the Profile tab, locate the email section where your current email address is displayed.
- Click the email field and type in your new email address.
- Enter your existing password to verify the change.
- Make sure you click Save to confirm.
How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?
At the bottom of any emails received from My Women’s Weekly there will always be an unsubscribe button. Please select unsubscribe or update your preferences.
How do I cancel? And will I get a refund?
You may cancel your membership at any time by heading to womensweeklyfood.com.au/my-account/ and following these instructions:
- Make sure you are logged in.
- Go to My Account and select the My Library tab.
- Click Manage on the right of your subscription.
- Then click Cancel Subscription.
- Click OK to confirm your cancellation.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until that time.
As expressly set out in these terms, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
Are my details safe?

Can I pause my membership?
Unfortunately no, you can’t pause, but you can cancel before the end of your billing period and sign back up when ready.
How do I update my payment details?
You cannot edit an existing card in-place — you must add a new card and set it as your default. Follow these below instructions:
Step 1: Access your account
- Head to the Women’s Weekly Food website and log in.
- Navigate to your account by clicking your name in the top right corner of the homepage, or go directly to womensweeklyfood.com.au/my-account/
- Go to the Payment Methods tab.
Step 2: Add a new card
- Click Add Payment Method in the top right corner.
- Enter your card details (card number, expiration date, and CVV).
- Click Save Changes to register the new card.
Step 3: Set as default
- Locate your new card and click Set as Default.
- Alternatively, when adding your card, check Apply this payment method to all active subscriptions to update all current subscriptions at once. This ensures the new card is used for all future renewal payments.

What happens if payment fails?
If your payment is unsuccessful, according to our terms you authorise us to continue attempting to charge the payment method notified to us and/or any updated payment details you notify to us. You agree that, if a payment is unsuccessful, we may retry taking the payment for a period of at least 14 days. You agree that, if payment is unsuccessful after that period, we may suspend or cancel your My Women’s Weekly Membership or access to your account at our sole discretion. You may update your payment details via your account at womensweeklyfood.com.au/my-account/
How can I download my tax invoice?
To download a PDF receipt from My Account, follow the below steps:
- Log in to your account and navigate to My Account.
- Go to the Transactions tab.
- Locate the transaction you need a receipt for.
- Click the Download option to save the receipt as a PDF.
How can I email my tax invoice?
- Log in to your account and navigate to My Account.
- Go to the Transactions tab.
- Locate the transaction you need a receipt for.
- Click the Email option to send the receipt to the email associated with your account.
Content
Can I use your recipes on my app/website?
Unfortunately, recipes and images on womensweeklyfood.com.au cannot be reproduced or distributed to third parties, including other websites, for copyright reasons and as per our Legal Notices.
While you cannot republish our full recipes or images on your website, you can use the title of a recipe with links back to womensweeklyfood.com.au for the full recipe – again, as mentioned, you cannot use any images or text from our site.

App issues and updates
Please check if you have the latest version of the app. See if you have the latest version by going to the Apple App store or the Google Play store:

To access My Women’s Weekly membership through Apple accounts requires iOS 15 or higher, and through Android requires OS 14 or higher.
What happens if I’m already a digital magazine subscriber to The Weekly via Android, Apple or Magshop?
- For Magshop customers: Call 136 116 to cancel your digital subscription. Digital editions will be available via your My Women’s Weekly membership.
- Apple customers: Contact Apple support.
- Android customers: Contact Android support.

How much does membership cost?

Is pricing monthly, annual, or both?
We offer both monthly and annual membership options, so you can choose the plan that best suits you. View available plans here: womensweeklyfood.com.au/mywomensweekly/
Are there joining fees?
No. There are no additional joining fees, you’ll simply pay your selected membership fee, with plans starting from $4.99 per month.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
For example, if you purchase a monthly membership on 1 June, your next payment will be processed on 1 July.
Can pricing change?
Membership pricing may change from time to time in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance where required.

Are taxes/GST included?
Yes. All advertised pricing includes GST and is in AUD.
Can I use promo codes?
Yes. Promotional offers and promo codes may be available during selected campaign periods and can be applied at checkout where eligible.

How do I access my benefits?
Once logged into your membership account via Women’s Weekly Food, you’ll automatically unlock access to:

- Curated weekly meal plans and member emails
- Additional perks, offers and experiences included with your membership
When does access begin?
Your membership benefits begin immediately once your purchase has been successfully completed.
Do I need to activate anything?
No activation is required. Once you’ve signed up, your membership access and benefits will automatically become available, including member emails and personalised content.
