Ingredients
1/2 wombok, sliced thinly
6 green onions, sliced thinly
500 gram red radishes, trimmed, sliced thinly
100 gram packaged fried noodles
2 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 cup lightly packed fresh coriander leaves
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh curly parsley
1/4 cup (60ml) white wine vinegar
1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil
Method
1. Make sesame dressing. Combine ingredients in a screw-top jar; stir until sugar dissolves.
2. Place salad ingredients in a large bowl. Shake dressing, pour over salad; toss to combine.
For soy sesame dressing, combine ingredients in a screw-top jar; stir until sugar dissolves.
