1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until tender. Add beans to pan for the last 2 minutes of pasta cooking time, drain. Rinse under cold water, drain.
2.To make dressing, combine chilli, oil, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl.
3.Combine pasta, beans, herbs, tomato, capsicum, tuna and dressing in a large bowl, toss gently.
