1.In a small bowl, cover beans with water. Stand overnight; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
2.In a small saucepan of boiling water, cook beans, uncovered, until just tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
3.Place beans in medium bowl with remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
